SHIPPING POLICY

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery methods, processing times, and what to expect once your order is placed.

 

 

FREE SHIPPING TO YOUR DOOR

All items purchased from izonebed.com include FREE shipping to the 48 contiguous United States, with the exception of California. If your bed is shipping to California, a nominal shipping charge will be added at checkout.

 

ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPPING

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii - however, shipping costs vary based on location and carrier availability. If you live in AK or HI, please contact an iZone® Sleep Specialist at 1‑800‑289‑2693 to determine whether shipping is possible and receive an estimated shipping cost.


HOW YOUR iZone® ORDER SHIPS

Your new Boyd iZone® Smart Bed and/or Base ships via FedEx.

Please allow 72 hours (3 business days) to process your order. 

Once processed, your shipment is prepared and typically arrives 7–10 business days after leaving our warehouse.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional carrier fees.


TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your item(s) leave the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please ensure that you have provided a valid email address at checkout.


DOORSTEP DELIVERY

Standard shipping for iZone® products includes delivery to your door.

This means:

  • Packages are delivered to the address you provided
  • It is your responsibility to move the product(s) inside
  • No in‑home delivery, setup, or removal of old items is included

PACKAGE INSPECTION

We strongly recommend inspecting all packages upon delivery. If you notice:

  • Damage to the box
  • Any issues with packaging
  • Anything that gives you concern regarding the condition of your shipment
