Your new Boyd izone® Smart Bed and/or Base will ship via FEDEX. Please allow 72 hours (3 business days) to process your order. Once your order has been processed it is carefully prepared for shipping. Your item(s) will arrive between 7 and 10 business days after it leaves our warehouse. All items purchased from izonebed.com include FREE shipping if you live in the 48 contiguous states, with the exception of California. If your bed is shipping to California, a nominal shipping charge will be added at checkout. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call an izone® Sleep Specialist at 1-800-289-2693 to determine if shipping to your location can be achieved for an additional cost. The products will be delivered to the delivery address on file . It is your responsibility to transport the product(s) inside. At the time your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery.
